Shipping is included
The Manor is $399 USD, all-in. White-glove, crated delivery within the United States is included in that price — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout, and any applicable US sales tax is already included too.
How it's packed
Each Manor is heavy (25 lb / 11 kg) and fragile. It ships in a custom-fitted wooden crate or a custom foam insert built to protect it in transit. Please keep all packaging until you've inspected the candle.
Delivery timeline
Each Manor is prepared for crated, white-glove dispatch after you order. When you order, we'll give you an estimated ship window. If we don't state one, we ship within 30 days of your paid order. If we can't meet that window, we'll email you before it passes, offer you the option to cancel for a full refund, and give you a revised date — per the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

If you're in the Miami, FL area, we hand-deliver The Manor personally.
International orders
Instant checkout covers US delivery only. For delivery outside the United States, email [email protected] for a concierge shipping quote before ordering — international shipping, freight, duties, and local taxes are not included in the $399 price and are quoted individually. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Damaged on arrival
If your Manor arrives damaged, keep all packaging, photograph the crate and the candle, and email [email protected] with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost — you won't need to ship the damaged candle back.
